Life Membership for Peter Wright OAM

Squash Australia has awarded Life Membership to Peter Wright OAM, recognising his extraordinary contribution to the sport spanning more than six decades. The honour marks the first time Life Membership has been awarded in 20 years.

Peter has been involved in Masters squash since its inception in 1980, serving as President of the Victorian Masters Squash Association in the early 1980s before taking on the role of President of the Australian Masters Squash Association (AMSA) in 1986, a position he held for over 30 years until 2023.

This is a well-deserved recognition of his contribution to our sport.
